- Non-Coercive Services: You have the right to services that protect your self-determination, including freedom from abuse or neglect.
- Understanding Rules and Expectations: We’ll explain the rules and expectations of our services, including any factors that could result in termination.
- Cultural Respect: We respect and honor your cultural heritage in the delivery of services.
- Safe and Healthy Environment: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy space for all clients.
- Referrals to Support Services: We will refer you to other services, including legal, advocacy, and self-help resources.
- Participation in Decisions: You will be involved in decisions regarding your care and treatment plan.
Voluntary Services:
All services are voluntary. You have the right to refuse any service or treatment at any time.
For Minors:
When serving minors without parental or guardian consent, we will:
- Respect the rights of minors and their families to participate in decisions about services.
- Provide services to minors aged 12 and older if they are developmentally able to make informed decisions, and if other consent requirements are met.
- In the case of a mature minor, the minor will be asked for consent before any personal information is shared with parents or guardians.
