- Achieving Accreditation
We are working to meet CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) standards, which will ensure the highest level of care for our clients. Steps include:- Updating our policies and procedures to match the best practices in the field.
- Training our staff to provide consistent, high-quality services.
- Preparing for a formal review to earn accreditation in 2025.
- Providing Reliable and Person-Centered Care
Our team focuses on ensuring that every client receives consistent and personalized support. We are improving how we:- Communicate with clients and families about their care.
- Respond to challenges, such as scheduling and staffing, to reduce disruptions in service.
- Use technology to make care more efficient and accessible.
- Ensuring Safety and Well-Being
Safety is a top priority. We review and enhance safety protocols regularly to protect clients, families, and staff. This includes:- Regular inspections and emergency procedure testing.
- Ongoing analysis of any incidents to learn and improve.
- Ensuring all staff have up-to-date first aid and health training.

Having now owned IHCS for almost 25 years, Holly is so proud of her team and the high-quality care they provide to their clients. Just as Holly wanted the flexibility to enjoy her free time, she is so glad to be able to offer that to her staff — a happy team makes for a great work environment where the staff is able to provide the personalized care that clients deserve.
